Agenda Learning Objectives
Data Collection, Agency Inventory, Administrative Support List three of the eight steps in program planning.
Writing a Proposal Describe two tools for collecting data before implementing a bereavement program.
Planning Group -- Team Development, Engaging Physician Support, Interdisciplinary Team Define the tasks of at least one member of an interdisciplinary bereavement team.
Brainstorming -- Developing a Vision/Mission Develop a work plan for "first tasks" in developing/enhancing a bereavement program.
Plan the Plan -- Bereavement Guidelines for Care Utilize an adult learning strategy in providing staff education in my work setting.
Implementation -- Operational Committees, Staff Development, Options for Follow-up Identify options for follow-up.
Evaluating a Program
